Research

Penny Weiss' fields of interest are political theory, judicial politics, and women's studies, with special focus on the intersections of these fields: feminist theory and women and the law. She has contributed articles to Political Theory, Polity, Hypatia, Educational Forum and Women in Politics. She is currently working on the history of feminist theory.
