| Research |
Will McLauchlan's research interests focus on a variety of subjects relating to legal processes, law, and legal actors. More specifically, he has published on a variety of subjects including: court caseload, judicial behavior of Supreme Court Justices, the Indiana Constitution, the consequences of legal fees allocation schemes, and Telecommunications Policy and Regulation. Most recently he has completed a detailed examination of the development of common law of privacy in the United States.
