| Research |
Robert X Browning teaches introductory courses in American politics and courses on the U.S. Congress. He serves as director of the C-SPAN Archives which was recently moved to the Purdue Research Park . He continues to direct the campus research and educational access to the C-SPAN collection. His current research focuses on floor behavior in Congress, visual aspects of presidential appearances, and comparison of broadcast and cable coverage of public affairs events. He has published Politics and Social Welfare Policy in the United States and articles on Indiana politics.
